Tension Joint Forgings

The Tension Joint is a crucial part in any riser string and we are a recognized source in supplying top quality Tension Joint Forgings. We can produce them in different steel grades but the most dominant is A182 F22. We have established a good process to handle long and slender forgings up to 60feet in one piece including large thickness variances meeting tough requirements.

We also produce Tension Rings and supply either just the Raw Material or we can deliver the Tension Joint Forging finish machined with cladded seal areas/full length ID, coated, tested and ready for installation.
