Significant order package to Björneborg Steel

Björneborg Steel have signed a significant order package for delivery of forged propeller shafts to a European customer who will deliver propulsion equipment to several naval projects. Significant means an order size between 50 to 100 MSEK. This is a non-Swedish customer who once again place their trust with Björneborg. Already a year ago the same customer placed a similar package in excess of 50 MSEK, which they now follow up with an even more comprehensive scope. Deliveries will be through several years and creates a very good base load going forward.

We need to remember that these are products which have exceptional requirements and shall perform in the most critical applications and environments. Our performance also stands out in our customers supplier evaluation where we score 96 out of 100 possible points.
